Return & Refund Policy
At Amiluxe, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms regarding product returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product in your order.
- The product is expired or tampered with upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) must be provided.
Note: Returns are not accepted for used or opened products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
Initiate a Return Request:

- Provide your order number, product details, and clear images of the issue (damaged/wrong/expired product).
Approval & Return Instructions:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Customers may need to ship the product back to our return center. In some cases, we may arrange a pickup.
Product Inspection & Approval:
- After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product within 3-5 business days.
- If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund within 7-10 days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If the returned product is approved, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used during purchase.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or a bank transfer (as applicable).
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged/expired product).
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement.
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
- Exchanges for a different product are not allowed unless the received item is incorrect or defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
