Shipping Policy

At Amiluxe, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, estimated shipping times, charges, and other important details. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping will be available soon (subject to country-specific regulations).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on location (Delivery time frame 5-10day):

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, logistics issues, or high demand.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹699.
  • Express Shipping (if available): Faster delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for select locations with an additional handling fee of ₹50.
  • COD orders require full payment upon delivery before the package is handed over.
  • If a COD order is rejected upon delivery, Amiluxe may restrict future COD orders from the same customer.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order using the link provided or by logging into your account on our website.

7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the customer will need to pay for reshipping.

8. Address Changes

  • Changes to the delivery address can be made within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photos for a replacement.
  • If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or reship the order at no extra cost.

10. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • We are working on expanding our shipping to international markets.
  • International shipping rates, customs fees, and duties will be applicable based on destination country policies.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Amiluxe is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues.
  • We will do our best to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays.
